Accesibility Statement

Ezocial is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with disabilities.

We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website (the "Site") and, in doing so, to

adhere to applicable standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and generally recognized best

practices for web accessibility.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, should be able to access, navigate, and interact with our Site to

learn about Ezocial and our digital marketing services. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible

to the widest possible audience, and we continue to review and improve the usability and accessibility of our Site

on an ongoing basis.

2. Accessibility Standard We Follow

Ezocial uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the informal benchmark for our

accessibility efforts. WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is widely recognized as

the leading standard for web accessibility in the United States, including by the U.S. Department of Justice, in

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) enforcement and litigation involving privately-operated websites under

Title III. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of

disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities,

and how to make web content more usable for all users generally.

Our Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. We rely in part on Wix's own accessibility features and ongoing

platform-level accessibility work, in addition to our own efforts on the content, structure, and design choices within

our control.

3. Legal Framework

The ADA does not name a specific technical standard for private business websites, but courts and the U.S.

Department of Justice have consistently applied Title III of the ADA to websites operated by places of public

accommodation, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA has become the de facto benchmark referenced in DOJ guidance,

settlement agreements, and private litigation. Separately, a 2024 DOJ rule under ADA Title II requires WCAG 2.1

Level AA conformance specifically for state and local government websites; that rule does not directly apply to

private businesses like Ezocial, but we look to the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard as informal best practice.

4. Measures We Take

To support the accessibility of our Site, we work to:

• Provide meaningful text alternatives (alt text) for informative images.

• Maintain a logical heading structure and consistent, predictable navigation.

• Ensure sufficient color contrast between text and background elements.• Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as menus, links, and forms.

• Label form fields clearly for use with assistive technologies.

• Periodically review Site content and design for accessibility issues as we make updates.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality on our Site may not yet be fully accessible. This can occur for

reasons such as third-party tools, embedded content, or Wix platform features that are outside our direct control, or

content that has not yet been reviewed following a recent update. We are actively working to identify and address

these limitations, and we welcome feedback that helps us prioritize improvements.

6. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have

difficulty accessing any content or feature, or need assistance in an alternative format, please contact us using the

information below. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to address the issue.

7. Ongoing Efforts

Web accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We will continue to monitor our Site,

incorporate accessibility considerations into future updates and design decisions, and revise this Statement as our

practices evolve or as accessibility standards and legal requirements change.
