Privacy Policy

Ezocial ("Ezocial," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency organized in the State of New York. This

Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (the

"Site"), engage us for services, or otherwise interact with us. Our Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform, and

this Policy also describes how Wix's tools and technologies factor into our data practices.

This Policy applies to visitors of our Site, prospective and current clients, and individuals whose information we

process on behalf of clients in connection with the marketing, advertising, and social media services we provide.

By using our Site or our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Scope and Who This Policy Covers

This Policy covers personal information collected:

• Directly from you, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, sign a service agreement, or

communicate with us by phone or email.

• Automatically through your use of our Site, via cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies operated by

us, by Wix, or by third-party advertising and analytics partners.

• From third parties, including Wix, payment processors, referral partners, and publicly available sources used

for business development.

• On behalf of our clients, where Ezocial acts as a service provider running advertising or social media

campaigns using data supplied by, or collected for, a client (in that context, our client is the data

controller/business, and Ezocial acts as a service provider/processor under that client's own privacy policy

and instructions).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Identifiers: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing/billing address.

• Business and account information: job title, industry, marketing goals, budget, login credentials for platforms

you authorize us to manage (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Wix).

• Payment information: billing details processed through our payment processor(s) or through Wix's payment

infrastructure. Ezocial does not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

• Communications: messages, files, and other content you send us through contact forms, email, or chat.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers (including Wix and advertising/analytics partners)

automatically collect certain information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies, including:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on

page, and click activity.• Approximate location derived from your IP address.

• Cookie identifiers and similar technologies used by Wix's site infrastructure, Wix Analytics, and any

advertising pixels we may implement (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads/Analytics tags) to measure and

optimize marketing campaigns, including campaigns we run for our own Site.

2.3 Information We Process on Behalf of Clients

As part of our services, we may access or process personal information contained in a client's customer lists, ad

audiences, CRM exports, or social media accounts. We process this information solely as directed by the

applicable client and its own privacy policy and instructions, and this Site-focused Policy does not govern that end-

customer data; the client's own privacy notice controls those relationships.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our Site and marketing services.

• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and administer client contracts and billing.

• Communicate with you about your account, services, and, where you have consented or as otherwise

permitted by law, our promotional offers and newsletters.

• Analyze Site traffic and campaign performance, including through Wix Analytics and connected advertising

platforms.

• Maintain the security and integrity of our Site and systems, and detect or prevent fraud.

• Comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping, tax, and breach-notification requirements under

New York law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Because our Site runs on Wix, Wix places certain cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example,

session and load-balancing cookies) as well as optional cookies for analytics and marketing, depending on the Wix

apps and integrations we enable. We may also add our own tracking pixels from advertising platforms (e.g., Meta,

Google, LinkedIn) to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.

Where required by law, our Site will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-

essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking certain cookies

may affect Site functionality. For details on the categories of cookies Wix itself uses as our hosting/website

provider, see Wix's own cookie and privacy disclosures at wix.com/about/privacy.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Wix.com, Ltd., as our website hosting, e-commerce, forms, and analytics provider, which processes data on

our behalf to operate the Site.

• Payment processors used to bill for our services.

• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) when we run marketing

campaigns on your behalf or on our own behalf, and those platforms' own privacy policies govern their

independent use of data.• Subcontractors and independent contractors who assist us in delivering marketing services, bound by

confidentiality obligations.

• Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants) and, where applicable, a successor entity in connection with a

merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

• Government authorities or other third parties where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation,

protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests.

6. Data Security

Consistent with the New York SHIELD Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law §§ 899-aa, 899-bb), Ezocial maintains a data

security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect the private

information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include,

among others, access controls, use of a reputable hosting platform (Wix) with its own security infrastructure,

employee training, and vendor oversight.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your

private information as defined under the SHIELD Act, we will notify affected New York residents in accordance

with the Act's timelines (generally within 30 days of discovery) and, where required, notify the New York Attorney

General, the Department of State, the State Police, and/or the Department of Financial Services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to

provide services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the nature of our relationship with you.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

New York does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute comparable to California's; the

SHIELD Act primarily imposes data-security and breach-notification obligations on businesses rather than granting

residents standalone access, deletion, or portability rights. Regardless, Ezocial offers the following choices to all

visitors and clients:

• Access or correction: you may contact us to request a copy of, or a correction to, the personal information we

hold about you.

• Deletion: you may request that we delete personal information you have provided, subject to legal,

contractual, or legitimate business retention needs.

• Marketing opt-out: you may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those emails or by

contacting us directly.

• Cookie controls: you may adjust cookie preferences via our cookie banner (where presented) or your browser

settings.

If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or other state resident whose state law grants additional

statutory privacy rights (e.g., the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale/sharing of personal

information), please contact us using the information in Section 12, and we will honor applicable requests to the

extent required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 in connection with certain data types protected by the

New York Child Data Protection Act). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will

take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (such as social media widgets) that we do

not control. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies

of any third-party sites or services you visit, including Wix's own privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy, and the

privacy policies of advertising platforms such as Meta and Google.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the

revised Policy on our Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted, where

appropriate, through a notice on our Site or by direct communication.
